The 6-Week Bye Bye Baby Weight Transformation Program is a 6 week program that is designed to help women eat healthy and lose their baby weight. As a participant of the program, each week you will receive a new 7-day meal plan designed by a Registered Dietitian to support your postnatal weight loss goals. Each meal plan will include 3 daily meals with snacks and includes a variety of delicious and simple recipes so that you never get bored. Meal plans will include vegetarian, meat, and seafood dishes.
The 6-week Bye Bye Baby Weight Transformation Program is supportive of breastfeeding mothers and includes nutrient rich foods to promote an adequate milk supply for your baby.
In addition to these weekly meal plans you will also get a weekly grocery list to save you loads of time at the grocery store and help keep you organized.
